Fun painting for your group or organization

Host a fundraising event

  • At Paint Party Farm, we firmly believe in giving back to our community.
  • Come create your own masterpiece in our barn studio. Your own personal instructor will guide you through how to complete your selected painting.
  • The best part of our Fundraiser events is that we will donate $10 back to your organization for each registered painter.
  • A minimum of 10 painters is required for a Fundraiser event at Paint Party Farm.
  • You DO NOT need to be directly affiliated with the charitable organization to attend the painting session. However, $10 raised from every participant during your Fundraiser event will go back to your selected charity.
  • Often times our Fundraisers tend to be booked months in advance. Give us a call or email  and we would be happy to accommodate your group and book your on our calendar.
  • Paint Party Farm is also mobile. Let us know if you would prefer us to come to you and we can make it happen.
  • Everyone can sign-up through our CALENDAR, so why not help us give back to our community!

If you don’t have a minimum of ten people in your group for a private party, we also offer Public Painting Parties which can be booked by individuals, couples or small groups.

Group Painting Fun

Host an exclusive party for your corporate event, sports team, boy scouts, girl scouts, dance class, church, or a fundraising event for your organization !

  • The organizer gets to select a painting of his/her choice from our GALLERY.
  • All guests will leave with their own beautiful masterpiece the day of the party – no need to return to pick up the paintings.
  • Group fundraising parties are available on any day or night of the week as long as you reserve the date in advance and it doesn’t conflict with a previously scheduled painting session on the CALENDAR.
  • Group fundraising parties include 2 – 2 1/2 hours of painting with additional time for breaks.
  • We supply the canvas, paint, brushes, easels, and aprons. We also have cups, napkins, paper towels, paper plates, and wine/bottle openers.
  • Feel free to come 15 minutes ahead of time to get settled. The paint session will start promptly on time so that it allows all the guests time to complete their masterpieces. We also need to be courteous and aware of the next scheduled paint party for the day.
  • Feel free to bring a favorite snack and your drinks of choice. We are a BYOB paint studio. Or, you are more than welcome to order out from local restaurants that will deliver right on the premises. Don’t worry, we even clean up after you are finished your masterpiece!
  • A minimum of 10 people are required for the 2 – 2 1/2 hour class but we can accommodate up to 24 people. The cost is $300 and each addition person would be $25.
  • At the time you book your party, we will be requesting a $125 deposit so that your Group Fundraising Party gets marked onto the CALENDAR.
  • 48 hours prior to your party, please notify us of the final number of people that will be in attendance for your group party. It will help us to best prepare and set up for your special occasion. Thank you!
