A fun night out for you and your friends!
Come and unwind with our first yoga and paint session. We will begin with a heart opening yoga practice guided by Suzie. Please bring your own yoga mat to the session. This practice will conclude with a guided meditation that focuses on the chakras. The chakras are the energy sources within the body and are aligned with 7 colors and various states of being.
Following the yoga practice with Suzie, we will be painting the Chakra Tree canvas in the studio. During the paint session, there will be FOUR additional spots available for a 15 minute precision coaching session on the second floor of the studio. Come with a question and Suzie will use her coaching skills and a set of oracle cards to support you in creating a powerful I AM statement to guide you in the decision making process. There will be an additional charge of $20 for the 15 minute precision coaching session. If you are interested in one of the four 15 minute precision sessions, please indicate and mention it in the Message section of the registration form. Thank you!

Individuals or groups can register for any public paint party. You may order as many available tickets as you need. A reservation is required for each person attending. Learn more about our public parties.
