Mobile Paint Parties
We bring the paint party to you!
- Paint Party Farm would love to host your next event and now we are mobile.
- Feel free to give us a call or send us an email to book a private party at your own location.
- We travel to you and supply the tables, easels, aprons, brushes, paint, 16 x 20 canvas, and everything else you need for your private paint party.
All participants will leave with their own beautiful masterpiece the day of the party!
- The guest of honor gets to select a painting of his/her choice from our GALLERY.
- All children will leave with their own beautiful masterpiece the day of the party – no need to return to pick up the paintings, wood signs, or garden slates.
- Kid parties are available on any day or night of the week as long as you reserve the date in advance and it doesn’t conflict with a previously scheduled painting session on the CALENDAR.
- Kids Parties include 1.5 hours of painting with time for breaks, snacks, cupcakes and presents.
- Recommended and suggested ages 2 – 15 years old.
- We supply the canvases, wood, garden slates, screenprint T-shirts, paint, brushes, easels, and aprons.
- We will arrive at least a half hour ahead of time to set up for your paint party. The paint session will start promptly on time so that it allows all the little artists time to complete their masterpieces in the allotted time.
- Don’t worry, we even clean up after your painting session and pack up all our supplies.
- A minimum of 10 children are required for the 1.5 hour session but we can accommodate up to 50 people off-site. The cost is $350 for the first 10 painters and each additional painter would be $25. Even adults can paint along with the children if you don’t make the 10 painter minimum.
- There is a $75 traveling fee that is required for all mobile off-site parties.
- At the time you book your party, we will be requesting a $125 deposit so that your Private Party gets marked onto the CALENDAR.
- Five days prior to your party, please notify us of the final number of children that will be in attendance for your private party. It will help us to best prepare and set up for your special occasion. Unfortunately, guests that do not show up will still be included in the final payment. You are more than welcome to keep the prepared canvases, wood, garden slates, or screenprint T-shirts. Thank you!
- Parents can also request TAKE HOME CANVAS KITS for their home parties. The Take Home Canvas Kits can be picked up prior to your party at the studio. Each kit includes the 16×20 sketched canvas, sealed paint cups, and brushes. Each Sketched Take Home Canvas Kit is $20 per child. (No minimum limit for these parties)
- We also offer Taped Take Home Canvas Kits as well. These kits also include the 16×20 taped canvas, sealed paint cups, and brushes. Each Taped Take Home Canvas Kit is $22 per child. (No minimum limit for these parties)
